Would suggest that maybe you break the items into better categories. I have ordered a number of your bookend printed characters. While browsing your website, I ordered the doctor coat pen holder (2) and the melting skull pen holder. Did not realize that they were 3D print files. I don’t even have a 3D printer or access to. Realize that it is ultimately I fault for not catching that and cannot return. But think that it needs to be marked a little better for those who did not catch that they were files and not product.
